4. VERIFICATION
4.1 Classification of inspection. The inspection requirements specified herein are classified as follows:
a.
Qualification inspection (see 4.4).
b.
Verification of qualification (see 4.5)
c.
Conformance inspection (see 4.6).
d.
Periodic group B inspection (see 4.7).
4.2 Test equipment and inspection facilities. The manufacturer shall establish and maintain a calibration system in
accordance with NCSL-Z540.3, ISO 10012, or equivalent system as approved by the qualifying activity.
NOTE: All views are rear face of circuit breaker with keyway up.

4.3 Inspection conditions. Unless otherwise specified herein, all inspections shall be performed in accordance with
the test conditions specified in the "GENERAL REQUIREMENTS" of MIL-STD-202.
4.3.1 Power supply. Unless otherwise specified herein, the power supply shall have no more than 10 percent
regulation at twice the specified load current. A dc power supply shall have no more than 5 percent voltage ripple.
An ac power supply shall be within 1 percent of the specified frequency and shall be sinusoidal with a form factor
between 0.95 and 1.25.
